ब्रह्मा कुमारीज के नियमों में कुछ मर्यादाएं हैं, जिनका पालन सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को करना होता है। इन मर्यादाओं का उद्देश्य आत्मा की उन्नति और विकास करना है।
व्यक्तिगत मर्यादाएं
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करना होता है। यह ब्रह्मचर्य शारीरिक, मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक स्तर पर होता है। शारीरिक स्तर पर ब्रह्मचर्य का अर्थ है कि ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को विवाह नहीं करना चाहिए। मानसिक स्तर पर ब्रह्मचर्य का अर्थ है कि ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को किसी भी प्रकार के कामुक विचारों को अपने मन में नहीं आने देना चाहिए। आध्यात्मिक स्तर पर ब्रह्मचर्य का अर्थ है कि ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को अपने मन को भगवान के प्रति समर्पित करना चाहिए।
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को श्वेत वस्त्र पहनने होते हैं। श्वेत वस्त्र आध्यात्मिकता का प्रतीक हैं।
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को सुबह 4:00 बजे उठना होता है। सुबह उठकर वे ईश्वरीय ध्यान करते हैं और अन्य धार्मिक अनुष्ठान करते हैं।
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को प्रतिदिन कम से कम 2 घंटे ईश्वरीय ज्ञान का अध्ययन करना होता है। ईश्वरीय ज्ञान का अध्ययन करने से आत्मा का विकास होता है।
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को प्रतिदिन कम से कम 2 घंटे ईश्वरीय सेवा करनी होती है। ईश्वरीय सेवा करने से आत्मा को आनंद मिलता है और यह दूसरों की मदद करने का एक तरीका भी है।
सामाजिक मर्यादाएं
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को मांसाहार नहीं करना चाहिए। मांसाहार करने से आत्मा में हिंसा और क्रोध की भावनाएं बढ़ती हैं।
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को शराब, धूम्रपान और नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए। ये पदार्थ आत्मा को नष्ट करते हैं।
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को झूठ नहीं बोलना चाहिए, चोरी नहीं करनी चाहिए और दूसरों का नुकसान नहीं करना चाहिए। ये बुरे गुण आत्मा को दूषित करते हैं।
- सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों को दूसरों के साथ प्रेम और दया से पेश आना चाहिए। दूसरों के साथ प्रेम और दया से पेश आने से आत्मा का विकास होता है।
इन मर्यादाओं का पालन करना सभी ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों और भाइयों के लिए अनिवार्य है। इन मर्यादाओं का पालन करने से आत्मा का विकास होता है और व्यक्ति एक आदर्श जीवन जीने में सक्षम होता है।
